PolicyGenie generates document templates based on your inputs. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. For complex situations or high-risk businesses (health, finance, children's services), consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.

3. Use of generated documents

You may use generated policies on any website or app you operate. Do not resell the generator itself.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that generated documents will satisfy every legal requirement in every jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyGenie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
